• Social media handles (for example, your TikTok or Instagram handle) when you choose to share them.

• Sponsorship inquiry details: your name, business or brand name, contact information, and the package you are interested in.

How Your Payment Information Is Handled

All ticket and sponsorship payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your full card number and card security code are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never sent to, stored on, or accessible from our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To register your RSVP and manage attendance for the Friday Meetup.
• To process your ticket purchase, send your order confirmation, and deliver your ticket details.
• To send event-related communications, including updates, reminders, and logistical information about Truly Content Creators Weekend™.
• To respond to sponsorship inquiries and manage sponsor relationships.
• To accommodate dietary needs and plan event logistics.
• To maintain internal records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Email Communications

Confirmation and notification emails are sent through the Organizer's connected Gmail account (trulycontentcreators@gmail.com). By submitting a form or purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your RSVP, order, or inquiry. We do not add you to third-party marketing lists.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral advertising cookies on the Site.

Service Providers

We keep RSVP, order, and inquiry records for as long as needed to run the event, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. After that period, records are deleted or anonymized.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to administrative records, and payment processing handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to the Organizer only.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing trulycontentcreators@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting order records may prevent us from honoring ticket transfers or verifying your purchase at the event.

Children's Privacy

The Site and the event are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
