Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trulycontentcreators.com (the "Site") and your registration for and attendance at Truly Content Creators Weekend™, presented by TRULYINSPIREDMARTIN™, taking place October 23–25, 2026 in Metropolitan Dallas Texas (the "Event"). By using the Site, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

Tickets and Payments

• All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee by emailing trulycontentcreators@gmail.com with your order details and the new attendee's name and contact information. Transfers must be completed before the Event begins.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Early-bird pricing is valid only through the published deadline; prices increase afterward as shown on the Site.
• Event capacity is limited. A ticket is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

Event Schedule and Changes

The Event program — including sessions, speakers, venues, times, and activities — is subject to change at the Organizer's discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered attendees. A change in schedule, session content, or venue within the Metropolitan Dallas Texas area does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Conduct and Admission

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with a respectful community environment. No refund will be issued in such cases. Attendees must comply with venue rules and applicable laws at all times.

Media Release

The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant the Organizer and TRULYINSPIREDMARTIN™ the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice, and statements captured at the Event in photographs, video, audio, and other media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, in any format, now known or later developed, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in media, notify event staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

Intellectual Property

All Event content — including session materials, frameworks such as the Voice Activation Strategy™, trademarks, logos, recordings, and Site content — is the property of the Organizer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any session, material, or Event content without the Organizer's prior written consent. Truly Content Creators Weekend™ and TRULYINSPIREDMARTIN™ are claimed trademarks of the Organizer.

No Professional Advice

Event content is provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Event or on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and no guarantee of income, business results, or social media performance is made or implied. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You attend the Event voluntarily and assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including travel, illness, and personal injury, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, TRULYINSPIREDMARTIN™, and their officers, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to the Event or the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Event will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

Third-Party Links and Venues

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (including social platforms and payment processors) and the Event takes place at independently operated venues. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Event will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
